At Playtech Latvia, helping people grow professionally and creatively is an important part of our Employee Value Proposition.
This year, we proudly supported our colleague Kristiana Skrudupa, who took part in Latvia’s Eurovision selection Supernova. We turned her journey into a moment of employee engagement: we shared her story internally and on social media and encouraged colleagues to vote for her. Krisy reached both the Semi-final and Final—and truly won our hearts.
Opening this conversation revealed even more talent within our teams. We created a dedicated MS Teams chat where colleagues can share their creative projects, and soon we discovered that another teammate danced in Supernova, one will perform on a TV singing contest, and another reached the Mrs. Latvia finals!
To build on this momentum, we launched an internal survey to map creative interests and explore how we can involve our talents in company events, workshops, and activities.
These initiatives strengthen our EVP, boost engagement, and position Playtech Latvia as a place where people can grow in all directions — not only in their careers.
