About the program
Our internship program is well established – already since the summer of 2012, it has become a tradition for Playtech to welcome interns to its offices. Our internship is the perfect opportunity to join the ranks of a successful international IT company where you can make a real impact. We are on a mission to create technology that changes the way that people experience gaming entertainment!
Here at Playtech, our interns are considered full-time team members from day one. You will have a great mentor and you’ll get to work on world-class projects, learning from the absolute best in the field of IT. We provide a unique opportunity to see your skills make a difference in products and services that will reach millions of people worldwide. Some of our sites have fixed internship programs at certain times of the year and some sites can take interns on board at different times. These sites work closely with the educational institutions they partner with to understand the best time to host our interns. This way, we ensure that you can dedicate yourself fully to your internship and that it does not clash with your academic schedule. Check out this list of available internship opportunities here.
Each Playtech site manages their internship program differently depending on local practices. You can ask your Talent Acquisition Partner about whether your internship opportunity offers any financial incentives.
Our internships are designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of our business as well as an opportunities to develop skills for corporate life. You will receive mentorship from senior business leaders and will be exposed to many learning opportunities to help you become a well rounded professional.
Internships are generally great opportunities that may lead to job offers at Playtech. While this might not always be possible depending on the needs of the business, we do encourage you to make your intentions known if you would be interested in working with us permanently after you complete your studies.
Internships require a lot of work from all involved; your educational institution, Playtech and yourself. We expect all our interns to behave like any other employee at our offices and to respect our code of conduct. In addition, we want you to develop from this experience so we hope that you challenge yourself and that you have fun along the way!
Yes, you will receive full support from both the P&C (People & Culture) team as well as the team that you will be joining.
Our internships are designed in tandem with the instituions we partner with. Each institution will require different timescales, but on average you can expect your internship to last between 1 – 12 months.
