Meet our Managed Services Team

In this month’s blog, we are pleased to showcase our Playtech Managed Services team . (PTMS).

Established in 2007 as CSMS in Bulgaria, PTMS was rebranded in 2022 and has been supporting operators, for over 17 years.

In recent years, the team has experienced rapid growth, offering  a wide range of services, including customer support, chat moderation, risk management and payments, sports trading, and customer protection services.

Our CEO, Elena Rousseva, has  brought fresh new ideas, innovative  projects, and a  new approach and exciting environment  to PTMS.  She most recently announced a new leadership team:

  • Ido Efrat, Chief Operations Officer
  • Ivan Blagoev, Chief Risk Officer
  • Noemi Nemeth, Director of B2B Services and Customer success – managing Playtech Academy, Playtech Advisory Services team, and the Training teams
  • Richard Beach, Director of Special Projects and Research
  • Ishay Nadler, Head of Customer Success and Training Strategy
  • Francesco Rodano, Chief Sustainable Gaming Officer

Under Elena’s leadership the company has doubled and is now  includes over 500 colleagues  –with the majority in Sofia, Bulgaria.  Should you  visit the team, , make sure you stop by their barista in the kitchen!

One of the attributes our colleagues most value  is diversity.  Within  PTMS, we have  people representing more than 20 different countries including  Bulgaria, the UK, the Netherlands, Brazil, Ukraine and many others.

The team celebrates its strength through diversity with an annual Cultural Event. These events involve a rotating showcase of cultures celebrated through events that include traditional meals, competitions and other fun ways to celebrate and share the best of nationalities and cultures from around the world.   

Playtech Managed Services is a great place to start and build your career. With our services  extending across the industry, our comprehensive suite of managed and advisory services, offers a diverse range of professional pathways. These include operational services such as player onboarding, risk management, player engagement, customer services, payments management, technical delivery services, sportsbook and consulting and training through the Playtech Academy team.

Additionally, and In line with our commitment to safer gambling, we have introduced a new ‘Customer Protection Services’ function within PTMS. This initiative reinforces our pledge to support our licensees and the industry with our leading safer gambling technology and services.
